I'm a member of La JOTA, where I serve as Lead Coordinator of the Education and Political Formation Committee. La JOTA is where political consciousness meets organized action for progressive youth: we educate, we form, we mobilize. If you're looking to get involved in Puerto Rican politics and you're serious about it, this is where I'd point you.
Fair warning: we operate primarily in Spanish, but that doesn't mean we won't help you get involved.
